1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received. By confirming a booking with TourDelux, travelers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, the request must be submitted through email or our official contact channels.
Cancellations made 15 days or more before the trip start date are eligible for a refund after deducting minimal administrative and processing charges.
Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before departure may receive a partial refund due to advance payments already made to hotels, transport providers, guides, and operational arrangements.
Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the trip may qualify for a limited refund depending on non-recoverable expenses.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure, failure to arrive, or no-show situations are generally non-refundable because all services are already reserved and operational costs are incurred.
3. Cancellation by TourDelux
TourDelux reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour or trekking activity due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, natural disasters, or insufficient participant numbers.
In such cases, travelers may be offered an alternative travel date, travel credit for future bookings, or a refund depending on operational conditions and payments already made to third-party providers.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided in situations such as voluntary trip abandonment, late arrival, personal emergencies, illness without proper documentation, transportation delays, or circumstances outside TourDelux’s control.
Certain expenses including permits, accommodation reservations, transportation bookings, and adventure activity fees may be non-refundable once confirmed.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days. Refunds are issued using the original method of payment whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and payment gateways.
6. Rescheduling Policy
Travelers may request rescheduling of their trip subject to availability and operational feasibility. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 7 days prior to departure. Price differences may apply depending on season, availability, or updated package costs.
7. Force Majeure
TourDelux shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, political unrest, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, reasonable alternatives such as rescheduling or travel credits may be offered.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, and personal belongings.
